Healthy Minds, Healthy Bods provides healthy walks, available to all adults, but especially aimed at people out of work, people with physical and mental health issues, or the elderly.
The aim is to bring people together, combat loneliness, improving activity and energy levels in the local community, in a fun interactive way.

Informative and simple, our guides focus on some of the key exercises; these include Burpees, Crunches, Lunges, Mountain Climber, Plank, Push Ups, Reverse Crunch and Squats
Healthy Minds, Healthy Bods is looking for funding to support us as we try to establish ourselves.
We want to shake up current mental health intervention, and our unique fresh delivery style has gained incredible feedback.
